suggestions w/ purchase ? @60k too high milage?

looking still to purchase 14 FiST(sale fell through on last one I drove) .. found one locally green @13k .... (non recaro) only down side it's at 60k... any other issues I should be aware of at this milage...( besides overheating, panels rattlating or some of the more obvious problems) ...

I would consider it if it's a one owner car, and if they're willing to negotiate. I've seen others pic these up brand new just over $16k around your neck-of-the-woods. GL!
