Supercharger whine sound?

Hey guys, I just got a 2013 Fiesta ST, and i notice in 1st and 2nd gear mainly it whines.. once i get into higher gears and higher revs i guess everything sounds fine.

A lot of google searching and what seems to come up is transmission issues.

Is this something to worry about?
