Sync screen flickers nonstop

The sync screen on my 2016 flickers or blinks nonstop. I had the same issue a year ago. An update was done and it has been ok up to now. Anyone else have this issue? Pretty annoying.

Mine was doing that the other day when it was raining during the day and I had my headlights on. Not sure if its some type of sensor thing or not. But thats the only time it has done it .
