Just picked up a 2016 Fiesta ST, in Kona Blue, for my wife, and we both love the little thing. Let me qualify this by telling you that she is a total GM girl (and pretty anti-Ford), starting with her first car, a 1968 Camaro SS, she has owned pretty much nothing but GM vehicles.
Since we have been married her cars have been 3 Camaro SS (98,00,02 - 4th Gens), a Trans Am (02 Firehawk), and a GTO (06 LS2). In 2014 we compared the options and ended up buying, for me, a 2014 Mustang GT; which was the pinnacle "enemy" vehicle.
Then a friend posted a picture of his new 2016 Fiesta ST in Magnetic and her secret obsession started, even though she refused to tell me, because I have always been a Ford fan; but more importantly we have had only owned "pony" cars and/or trucks with V8 powerplants. With her 06 GTO getting a little long in the tooth, and with very low miles (only 65k), her secret crush on the Fiesta ST had blossomed. She told me at the beginning of this week that she wanted one, and I thought she was joking, then the battery on her GTO died and left her stranded; at that point she made it very clear that she wasn't joking. So we started looking, and stumbled on the perfect color, Kona Blue (as all of her F-Body cars were primarily NBM), and she is a huge blue (more specifically Navy Blue) car fan. So without further ado:
The FiST with her old GTO (which was traded-in for the FiST):
Just got back from a 4 hour drive (just to cruise and drive) in the FiST and we are both very happy with the new car!
