A couple people I’ve talked to over on a different forum have tried them (not on a Fiesta though)

The general takeaway:
They are good really cheap fun but you do get what you pay for.

It seems like the 651 Sports are decently grippy, on par with older generation “endurance” 200TW (Rival, RT615K, DZIII) but with faster wear and lower heat tolerance more akin to tires with loads more “hero lap” grip like an A052. They are a bit vague on feeling but are “talkative” at the edge - a tire you hear more than feel, rather than something like the CRS or RE71-RS that are shockingly quiet but give you on-center feel through the steering wheel.

Imagine a tire that checks all the “C” to “C+” boxes in the 200TW category, but is still legitimately good enough to earn being included in the 200TW category (like the Federals) and can still at least briefly out-perform even expensive “summer” tires like a PS4 or ECS2 before they overheat and wear out.

I’d call them a direct competitors to something like the Federal 595RS-RR or similar offerings from Valino or Kenda.

I was also pointed to here

They seem to be popular with the “drift” crowd that need a really cheap grippy tire to burn up, and they also seem to be available in quite a lot of uncommon and weird sizes.
