Too low?

So I ordered coilovers and while installing my exhaust yesterday I was thinking how do you lift your car once it's lowered? I normally use a body lift at the auto hobby shop but that barely fits under my car now. Has anyone had any problems with scraping? I was thinking the front splitter and the aprox 25mm lowering would be too much for a drive on lift?

I don't have issues with my FiST, but my S2000 is a little bit lower and I just drive it onto wooden blocks in order to get the lift arms underneath the car.

It really depends on the tires you're running. My 205/50/15 lower it another .5".

Oh okay cool that'd probably work. Or I could chop up my OEM intercooler and put that to good use haha.
I'm a little nervous about doing these coilovers. I've never touched suspension before.
