Torque app underwhelming HP

Hey folks, got a bone stock 16 that I might be having to get in the air to check and tighten things up, before I do I'd like some advice.

Using torque app on Android I used to get HP readings around 200hp but recently I'm only seeing about 160hp. Boost is looking like it's hitting peak at 20psi. Car seams to pull the same in second but third feels less.

My thoughts are that there is a small boost leak after the turbo. I've tightened the 2 blind clamps and the one on top.

Are the readings from torque now inconsistent to what everyone else is seeing?
Where would my energies be best spent to check first?

Check all of the hose clamps on the intercooler piping. They stretch and become loose over time. They are just cheap worm gear clamps. Torque is also not 100% accurate reading boost pressure. I usually see a peak of 20 to 20.9 on mine. Also, peak boost is fairly short lived in this car and will fall off towards redline.

Oh yeah, I agree about torque and boost.
I'm seeing discrepancy of 40hp that just vanished. I think I've got the underside pictures to locate all the clamps again.
Any other common ones?

I wouldn't put too much stock into that app. A stock fist does not make 200hp. Stage 3 FiST don't even make 200hp. Get yourself something more accurate. An accessport and Vdyno would be a good start.

I agree, I'm not walking around saying my fiesta has 200hp at the wheels, but with no changes to the app itself you'd think it would be consistently inaccurate.

Finally got out there and tightened them up, passenger side by firewall turned both ways with a rachet, anyone reading this may also want to check them too. Breaking them loose in second gear again.
