Turbo noise at higher speed?

Hi! I’ve experienced an odd turbo noise I think when going highway speeds (65-80mph). It’s only when I put load on the acceleration and let off the throttle just a bit. So it’s not when under load but right after when I let off the throttle just a touch it sounds like turbo flutter sort of, or like a stutter maybe. It’s not like pftpftpftpft like a turbo flutter but like pft…pft…pft. Sorry weird description haha not quite sure how to describe it.
I wonder if the diverted valve wants to release pressure because it thinks I’m releasing the throttle but because I’m not completely letting off it’s trying to both hold and release pressure, hence the “stutter”?
Still learning thanks for your patience!!!

Please submit a video of you actually imitating the noise via YouTube for the forum members to help diagnose the issue and also for a laugh....we all need a good laugh as of late.
