Turbosmart 50/50

Hello all I recently installed the turbosmart dual port 50/50 on my bean. I’ve noticed that when I let of the throttle and cruise along that I get fluttering after the initial release of boost from the valve. I have the bov set to the maximum softest setting and still have this issue occuring. Not sure if it has something to do with the 2j racing intake pipe I have installed or not. Any help is appreciated tyiav!
