Under Seat sub install (dont understand cable and pin outs)

Hi there, attempting to install two underseat Pioneer TS-WX130EA's into my Fiesta Metal.

No RCA on the head unit. need to splice the cables, what goes where. should i splice near the head unit or in the speakers them selves.

Can somone help identify what cable is what so i can splice the connection to it?
