So my car bought second hand from Cinch (a used car website in the Uk) keeps telling me "the inserted usb device is not responding", despite the fact I dont have anything plugged into either USB port. it comes up every few minutes. when I do plug something in there, it works fine but I still get the message come up. I've factory reset it twice but I can't figure out why it keeps saying that.
