USB port in my arm rest stopped working

Just want to see if anyone knows what happened here, I’ve tryed multiple wires. the car lets me Bluetooth with my phone but when I connect my phone to the usb port the apple car play dosnt pop up, the blue light on the module is on as well but no power going to it

dirty contacts maybe? I think there are 2 ports. One of mine stopped working the week my warranty was up. The other still works - I think its a replaceable part (or I believe you can get a USB-C one as well).

This is replaceable. Amazon carries them. I couldn’t find my order but there’s a thread on here with the part numbers.

Easy to replace and only around $50 if I remember correctly. Literally just pull the old one out and pop the new one in.
