Vibrating in idle

Hi, (2014 ST180) when the car is in idle it shakes to the point the wing mirror vibrates, engine mounts and spark plugs have been changed, soon as the accelerator is slightly applied the shake smooths out, sounds mad but when stationary and in neutral, if the brake is applied it also smooths out briefly !!! I haven’t got a clue, not sure if connected in any way but also seems like I can suddenly feel every single small bump in the road

Maybe if you could add a video it would help. My wing mirror vibrates and I barely feel my engine lol. Do you possibly have aftermarket (stiffer) motor mounts? I'd recommend plugging in an obdii and checking for misfires at idle
