Sorry guys at work wasn’t to sure about what thread to put this under.

Fiesta st
pretty sure I have a bad water pump. Looking like coolants coming out of the weep hole. Now my main question is has anyone done one themselves yet?
How big of a pain was it?
I don’t mind going to the dealer but being a diesel mechanic I’m sure I can do it. My issue I can’t find any writes ups on doing one.

How much coolant is coming out of the weep hole? That is not always indicative of a failed pump. If its a drip drip...yes.... dry seepage is ok.

cars sat for 3 or 4 hours after I got to work this morning. I was installing my diverter spacer and noticed coolant on the boost pipe and also the pulley for what I’m guessing is the water pump.
It’s not leaving puddles on the ground at all yet.
I will continue to watch it for the next few days.
