I went up to Watkins Glen this last weekend for an hpde event. First time there and only my second track day, but this was incredible fun.

Since I couldn’t find lap times anywhere, I was running 2:33’s pretty consistently. I am all stock apart from a Cobb Stage 1 93 tune and upgraded front pads (EBC yellows) and brake fluid. Stock potenza tires.

I think the potential was there to run a sub 2:30 lap, but my downshifting needed work. I’m sure a more capable driver could easily pull that off haha.

The trip there (one way) took about 4 hours from you, correct?

Haha that is correct, just about 4 hours each way. Driving home after a full weekend of tracking is exhausting, but absolutely worth it, that track was incredible.

Haha, that was a Dodge Viper. That was one of the highlights of that weekend for sure.
