So I tried to buy from there eu website but for some reason it won't let me check out . I've emailed them and am waiting for a response . I'm trying to obtain the mk7 splitter with the winglets.

I ordered mine direct from the Maxton website. It cost £149 including shipping from the UK = ~$199 at the time, a lot cheaper than other options.
