LoL. I suspect it depends on where one drives. Rough train tracks tend to shake things loose from service trucks. I probably got at least half of my plugs around them. One came from an a part of the road that was under construction, following rough pavement. Funny enough, a hole-in-the-wall tire shop is responsible for one of my plugs. They thought they could drum up some quick business. (wrong) It's funny what people assume you do or don't know, purely based on the car you drive.

Suprised at how long this was... and that it didn't puncture the tire...
