What is this annoying sound?!

Can anyone identify what this noise is?!
It seems to happen every time I press the throttle while letting off clutch. However, it mostly starts to happen while letting off clutch at about the midway point and giving it some gas at the same time. Its super annoying!

Describe the sound.

Only thing unusual I heard were untimely RPM increases; like someone burning up their clutch disc.
