Only hear this sound while clutch is depressed whether hot or cold happens all the time. Is this normal or concerning?

Sounds like either a release or pilot bearing giving up the ghost. Does it have a lot of miles on it?

With that many miles it's not totally surprising that clutch parts might be wearing. You can go a long time with mild noise before you have to do anything. It's something you're going to replace anyway when you do a clutch replacement.
