Would 15x7.5 ET45 + 225/45/15 work?

I just bought a set of used Rota Slipstream and never thought of inner clearance, I am running Bilstein Coilovers and planning to buy tires very soon.

You'll be fine. I have Bilstein coilovers and 215/40/17 on 17x8 + 45 and they don't rub the suspension, and this setup would sit closer to the coilovers than yours.
