WTF need help... weird exhaust leak

Hey guys, i have an s280 turbo with about 20,000 miles, if that. I have an exhaust leak were the actuator arm connects to the turbo itself, i posted a pic down below. Is this normal? It seems like a small leak and im still pushing 29lbs of boost but the fumes is what buggs me. I am definitely considering putting high temp JB weld around it.

Are you using a 2j intake where you put a hole in the plastic bit in front of the cabin air intake?

It was on the lower half so there is no movement, its still leaking from the top where the arm connects. Turbo tec told me that leak is normal and it will plug itself eventually... yeah okay. It is what it issss!
