Quite a bit. The crash beam is different as well as the inner grille funnel, as well as anything that attaches to the underside of the bumper.

My crash beem will be gone soon and replaced with something less bulky. I'm hoping I can't make it work. We will see.

I emailed them asking if they had any idea if this would work on the NA FiST...the response I received was less then reassuring

The US uses a significantly thicker front crash bar. this is evident in the ticker, more rounded nose on the USDM models. Without changing at minimum this, not to mention any associated trim, it won't fit.
