Service Wrench ON - ER 1401 shown during diagnostic test

Hello,

Maybe someone can help here because i'm starting to get clueless about this...
A few days ago the services wrench came on without the check-engine going on.
I haven't seen any power difference or any strange noise.
My car is currently tuned using the cobb stage 3 91 map v.400
List of mods:
DownPipe testpipe
An AEM Cold air intake.
MTC FMIC
Mountune RMM
DV+ diverter valve.

When i try to read codes from the OBDII i find nothing...
BUT when i run the self diagnostic test i get ER 1401 on the LCD screen

Anyone could help me to shed a light on this issue?
I've found other code online that contains 1401 (P1401,C1401...) but not ER 1401.

Oh and i already tried doing the service reset thing.
(ign on hold brake and acc pedel down until dash says reset)

Did the light go off after the reset was done?

UPDATE:
Been able to get rid of it by removing my cobb, unplugging the battery an hour or so and replug it + reflash the car.

Some people have had remove the Ap3 from the system....set it back to stock and then do the reset procedure. What year was yours again?

I have to do this on my 2015.

Yeah mines a 2015, i had to do this + remove the power from the battery a few mins... quite a pain in the ASS
