For those that are unaware, With Adam's E30 and 91 Octane Tunes I am still at 18 PSI at 6000 RPM with the REGULAR Turbosmart Wastegate.
Not sure if you are trying to take a stab or what..

Either way, every car is going to perform differently. My car for example made 12psi at redline. A customers car completely stock made 16psi, another 10psi. No car is the same and it depends on many variables. If your car makes 18psi at 6000rpm with an off the shelf TS IWG, then you could potentially make an additional 1psi at 6000rpm.

However looking at your last datalog you make 16psi at 6000rpm not 18, and it was quickly dying.

Good read. Looks like I need both a BOV and WGA.

Sign me up for a custom WGA, if you plan to make more Tune+!
Why do you need both? Just asking because I don't know what exactly an aftermarket bov does. I'm in for the iwg but not sure about a BOV.

There is an article I did on the previous page, it goes over the BOV and the WGA. The BOV really isn't worth it to be honest, but it does give a more "mechanical" driving feel which I outlined in the blog post.

Read this, no gains to be had, but helps out with the surging you get with the stock BOV. If it doesn't bother you then don't bother upgrading the BOV until you go big turbo or cyborg turbo.

On the contrary Adam, I should have been more thorough with my post, I apologize for that. I meant to show everyone that was looking for logs that I have gotten great success with the off the shelf unit, upgrading to your custom one should yield much better numbers. Reading through these posts some people have been asking for proof of the improvements, I figured I would help with my experience with the product since they're probably similar. My post was meant to reinforce the claims of your unit and get more people to preorder it for the next upcoming batches!

As far as my boost levels, I am indeed hitting 18 psi. I just recorded a log on my way back home from work this morning. Granted it was 42 degrees ambient outside, which probably helped a ton, but none the less, the numbers don't lie. This was on your 91 tune.

Datalog for Boost Map

I would definitely recommend this Wastegate, and more so Adam's custom Wastegate. Given his expertise and reputation on this site, you all would be silly not to drop the money for one of these. [rockon]

Thank you for the clarification. When we tuned your car it was a bit warmer outside.

Alright, added 10 more to the production. Hurry and jump on one before they sell out again! Based on the interest, I wouldn't expect these 10 to last until the weekend.

ETA to ship to me is the 23rd. It was originally 2 weeks from the 9th, but I had to approve the print and that was on the 12th.
