Sync 3 - how do i get my own wallpapers?! - help

Mine is fine after the car has run a bit but the 1st +- 30 sec after starting it Sync3 seems to still be finishing booting up.
Not sure if the Nav slows it but I do get "loading maps" at startup.

Sorry to bump an old thread but is there any update on sync 3 updates aka diff screens and backgrounds etc??? I'd like to have the ST Logo on mine like the older ones could
