Everyone is invited, even stock. Don’t read too much into the word ‘fast’ I used literally. Fast is a metaphor for cool, hip, og, whip, and the like.
Of course the event promoters want the get the pinnacle representation of the marquee, but everyone is invited. Will they get Socal's top 10? we'll have to see who shows up and who they are... I don't even know who they are, LOL.

Most that go to "Super Car Sunday", don't go during bad weather.
The local report says 90% chance of rain, but we will see.

You do realize, that you were the one the did not want to organize any winter meet ups because it was too cold.

I’m a realist, I know few are hardcore and don’t complain and just do it. It’s like a diet or working out, people can say all they want, but actions speak louder than words. I’m not going to organize something when the numbers are against me or not like minded. There are plenty of opportunities for anyone to organize something, but few step up to the plate and do something, just sit around waiting for someone else. I participate in other events, not just fiesta stuff, so I have a good feel of the type of crowd and their enthusiasm to participate or not is.

I got there around 8. I did not see any fiestas, so I parked in the sea of focus st/rs. I was surprised how modded up some of the focus cars were. I left a little before nine when the rain started again.
