Green Light Alarm

I have this flashing green light under my steering wheel that is an additional alarm that came with the car. Anyone know how to remove it?

It may be a vehicle that the dealer installed an alarm into with intentions of charging the buyer with upon purchase. Are you First or second owner of the FiST? or was it bought at an Auction possibly?

It is the alarm the dealer installed. I want it removed. Second owner.

Do you know what brand it is? Is it the Karr alarm?
