side skirt sagging by rear wheel

i noticed my side skirt got unhinged or something broke since it is now sagging on the end by the rear tire. any advise like use adhesive or adhesive tape??

it uses double sided tape at the top rear . That is most likely what is failing. There is also possibly a broken clip on the bottom but if the top is coming off its the double sided tape.
