No tracking ever sent but wheel sitting outside the front door.

They did fully stitch the leather at the 3 and 9 areas. I did ask if they could put a little oem font red ST on the bottom as a request and that didn't get done, but it wasn't something I paid for. Hoping the buttons that came with it light up red like another lucky member got! Will attempt install this weekend.

I think its a 20mm for center bolt?

Edit* not a 20mm but a 24mm for the center bolt

That's impressive. I'm familiar with their work from my Veloster days. How long did it take them to get the wheel to you (from order date to when you received it)? I know their customer communication is not the best. It's too bad, because their products are really nice.

I ordered it Feb 19th and received Apr 29 ...almost 10 weeks. It took a while.

I ended buying 4 of the zip ties that anchor in the wheel and maintain the little wire harness. 5 bucks a piece lol. Center bolt 24mm. I put some red loctite on it as it came out with red loctite.

Also pulled the back plastic cover off stock wheel and put on socal wheel, noticed just as everything got assembled.

Noted that the trim piece fits very tight. Had to squeeze the wheel and trim while tightening the two screws that thread into the cruise/audio buttons. Mine unfortunately didn't light up red like OP.

Overall pleased.

these wheels look THICC, is it much thicker than oem?
Def thicker than oem but the photo seems to really blow out some of it. In person its not quite as thick and wide. Not home atm but maybe I can try a short video and see if it translates more proportionally.

How did you get them with the buttons? Was that even an option?

Hey Guys!

Been seriously looking forward to this moment where I get to show you guys my new steering wheel. Just received it and installed it this evening and I think it looks absolutely awesome! I'm glad there are more options opening up for our platform. Let me know what you guys think!

You can find this HERE, where you can make a really customized wheel to match whatever you are going for in your interior. The control buttons that were included even glow red instead of white now.

I know this sounds really paid advertisement-y but I am honestly just really happy with how the product turned out.

Let me know what you guys think or is you have any questions, hell, roast me if you want! Hopefully you guys like it!
That's at least $400 cheaper than where I originally saw that wheel! I might get one sooner than I expected then... It is a tough choice though, the other vendor offered custom engraving on the wheel and I would like to "name" my car. hmmm. choices...

In case you were wonderingā€¦the fix was just a patch over. Didnā€™t actually redo the leather section. Stitching has loose ends and overall poor craftsmanship.

Also, never sent me a tracking number, so the package just sat out while I was out of town. I ended up sending it back for a refund.

From product to service/attitude, overall poor experience. I canā€™t recommend and it seems like a hit or miss with this company, based on posts on other enthusiasts forums. Anyone looking to buy from them, I wish you good luck.

I just ordered my new wheel from that site. I hope I donā€™t have any issues. I optioned it with the perforated red leather with carbon fiber red stripe white stitching and the button trim with it. I hope Iā€™m able to just take the buttons from my OEM trim and put them on the new trim idk how all that works.

I thought about wrapping the hvac rings, cupholder trim and interior door handle covers in a carbon fiber type wrap. Could def do those silver trims in deep satin or matte black and really murder it out in there. Vvivid or something like that.
I know, I know reviving an old thread... but did you ever get those items wrapped? I still need to do the cupholder trip and door handles and curious if you have tips for getting those off easily.

I never did. I bought a new cup holder trim but its just sitting in the package. Honestly if I try to wrap them it will come out like crap.

That's what I think would be the hardest to wrap just because it's so flimsy. I did the AC vents and I'm really pleased with how they came out and it wasn't too hard
