Display change?

Hey guys every where I look to change my display background says to download an image on a usb plug it into the center console go to settings, display and change background but when I go to display I don’t have that 4th option to change background does anyone have any answers for this?

In-car systems are really picky about USB flash drives. Try a 2.0 and a 3.0, try different a different file system format on the drive, try different image file types.

Sync2, the MyFordTouch system? Not the 2016 and newer Sync 3?

ONLY SYNC 2

Also file type on the USB drive, fat32, etc. For example, xbox 360s only can read fat32 formatted usb drives so if its formatted in a different structure it will not be able to read it. That is probably more important than drive speed, imo.

As stated 2016 and newer came with Sync 3 and you can NOT change the background on those, only Sync 2.
