Went out and took a few pictures with my actual camera this morning! Hard not to just drive and drive after dropping my girlfriend off at work on the weekends hahaa! Thought it could be cool to sweep through downtown since it's usually not particularly crowded yet by 9am. FINALLY got to test out these R888R's in the rain last night and they're shockingly competent. Stock suspension and 205/50 tires but I'm liking the fitment! I can get it to rub on long sweeping corners when weight shifts hard but I bet there's a bit more negative camber I can get out of the front. Haven't had it aligned since the work from the crash and I bet they weren't particularly aggressive with how it's dialed in. Wanted to grab some pictures before the Mountune exhaust and front splitter are installed.

Awesome pictures! Your car looks so perfect.
It's cool know that there's another member of the forum in Raleigh. I'm surprised that I haven't seen you yet.

I am surprised that they rub at all, but then they are most likely wider in tread width than my Neo Gens, and at least 3x as sticky, so you could be getting a bunch more lean than I am with the Nittos on the factory suspension. [wink]

The rubbing I had previously experienced with this setup (Dekas, 205/50-16 Neo Gens) was ALL due to the sidewall/tread rubbing on the Rally Armor mounting nuts.
Once those were removed, no more rubbing under any circumstances. [wink] [thumb]

I really appreciate it! A few things big and small left to do but overall I'm super happy with it so far. It really is crazy we haven't knowingly crossed paths yet though, it's bound to happen hahaa!

It's so minimal, but I can hear it when it happens and see it on the tires afterwards. It's just at the top edge of the sidewall. I think it's definitely rolling a ton more like you're saying and that's what's causing rub when it happens in the rear.

As she stands right now! Stage 3 intercooler in and ST150 rims on. Just looking for the oem center caps. Which are more rare to find than the rims themselves
White multispoke wheels. Fuck that, I can barely keep my metallic gunmetal 5-spokes looking clean. :ROFLMAO:
