Every search I do related to this terrific car seems to lead me to this forum, so it seemed like I ought to join! I've got a 2015 ST with just over 90k miles on it, owned since new. It's still mostly stock with only wheels, tires, and the BOV for mods. I hope to drive it for another 90k.

WELCOME!

That's the color I would have ordered if Ford had offered it in'16. [thumb]

Were you on the other U.S. based Fiesta ST forum/site during the last almost 10 years of ownership?

I’ve seen it, but I haven’t been active on a forum since the one for my old Suzuki dual sport.

Nice that "new" owners still find this place. There are a few of us who bought the cars NEW and still around, but for a great many the car was "the flavor of the day". . They bought the car, modded like crazy and then moved on to the next thing. .. Quite often, after extensive mods, they come to the forum and ask how to fix of problem of their own creation.

My advice,.. Stay close to stock with mods that can be undone. ... (As an example, with fewer than 100 miles on mine, I replaced the wheels and tires. the originals are in my basement just as they came off the car.)

I am also an original owner who has stuck around, this is probably my favorite car that I've ever had and I hope to keep it forever.
I agree with what you say about mods, obviously it's the owner's car and they can do what they want, but it's a damn good car as it comes and you can over modify a car and screw up its original purpose. I did that on a previous car, when I got some new wheels I lowered it and was never happy with that.I thought going back to stock ride height would be a simple matter of getting the original springs, but the car was old enough that the original springs were discontinued, so I was stuck and couldn't go back. I learned a lesson from that.

Much less risk with certain interior and lighting changes. That's what I've stuck to. Doesn't hurt to add a missing features, such as blind-spot warning indicators on the mirrors.

Yeah that’s way better than my ‘16 Kona Blue. Welcome.
Love my Kona Blue. What happened to yours? 😄 The shear awesome beauty was a large part of what attracted me.

... blind spot warning indicators? does this mean that someone here has put something like this on their fiesta?
