HELP! Less than 48k & car started 2 stall & fumble while accelerating

Even tho my 2016 has less than 48k, I do drive it hard. I'm on 3rd set of brakes & 5th set of tires. Besides the fuel the dealership put in it, I've only put 91 octane or premium gas. 1.5 yrs ago, I started adding octane boost. Besides a cool air induction system, the car is bone stock.

1 week ago driving on freeway, the car started hesitating & I could feel little backfires. There isn't a CEL so I used my obd2 when I got home but it shows no problems. Ive read change coil packs & plugs but could they be bad already with less than 50k miles?Anybody have this at low mileage?

Take a look at the plugs. It might be just the plugs. Have you checked for codes?

Thanks 4 responding. There r no codes & no CEL. I didn't pull any spark plugs. I wanted 2 get some responses first. Im disabled so I only want 2 work on it 1 time.

I would stop wasting money on octane boosters, they're only adding fractions of a point... Your 91 might be 91.5 with booster which isn't going to do shit

I don't understand your rationale. If you can drive a car with a manual transmission you aren't so disabled that unscrewing a spark plug or four and looking at it would be a big task. When little problems come up on a car, you need to diagnose them. If all you want is a massive parts cannon recommendation, by all means order a new complete engine assembly and swap it [/endsarcasm]. If the plugs are worn or fouled, you're on the way to a diagnosis. There isn't any diagnosis to coil packs really, but they don't usually all four fail at once. I've never had a coil pack fail without a check engine light and a code.

I wasn't going to say anything about the octane booster, but I'll second it being a waste of money if you're already buying premium fuel. What would be a better use for that money would be a bottle of Techron in the last tank of gas before an oil change...that would deal with the next diagnostic step after looking at the plugs.
