I’ve read that the stock radiator under performs when it is hot above 90 degrees f and can overheat with spirited driving. I was thinking of upgrading to a mountune or csf radiator. Would this solve those issues?

I never had an issue with my FiST overheating with the OEM Radiator. Got a Mountune and never looked back. Any radiator is better than the stock..Triple pass being the best but some of the Dual pass ones available people have had good luck with too. The Whoosh radiator is also a good choice if the Mountune or Mishimoto aren't in stock. [driving]

CSF makes the mountune radiator. It works well, but some have concerns about water pump longevity since it’s a triple pass. Mishimoto is single pass and doesn’t create those concerns, but it’s generally shit craftsmanship compared to the CSF/Mountune. I’ve been running Mountune for years with no issue but will install an under driven water pump pulley when it’s time for a new serpentine belt.

Thank you, any good two pass radiators that work better than oem but don’t put strain on the water pump?
