Hi I have a 2016 FIST,

I just changed the timing belt and i get no power to the starter cable unless i jump it. Aka no voltage to the relay.

Is it the fuse box or the PCM? I dont know.

Would you know the pin or have the pin diagram for this so I can check for resistance?

This is not quite like troubleshooting the old cars.
There's chatting between modules and security (aka PATS) involved.

Make sure it's reading the clutch pedal as down.
Place the key up to the steering column before beginning and during the crank.
Look at the display for yellow exclamation point indicating a message.
Circumstantially the messages can flash so quick they get missed.

What codes are present?
There may be a very good reason why the PCM says 'no cranky'.
Find out what that is, first.

If needed I can provide a wiring diagram.
I'm guessing looking at the trouble code(s) will point us in the right direction and negate a need for the diagram.

Battery is fine, there should be voltage at the starter relay at all times right? This comes direct from the battery fuses? There is 0 voltage at just that.

Rockauto sold me a pos that has created a nightmare. Note the starter cables were bot hooked up as well as the intake manifold. 1000037397.jpg

should the starter relay have power at all times though?

F10 is hot at all times as is relay pin 3, yes. Requested diagram attached.

I know this can't be right because it is illogical, but it seems you're suggesting that something RockAuto sold you for the timing belt change, caused this? Curious for clarification.

I installed a new reman starter with my tb job, and now my transmission fuses, my starter fuses/relays dont power and my throttlebody has codes. I'm blaming the crappy condition starter i should have bench tested. I have no clue what to do from here but try another PCM or test the BJB.

Ahhh you had to remove the starter during the belt change so decided to replace it. Well, we simply don't read of starter motors failing or having problems on these vehicles. With a few brand exceptions, aftermarket parts in my experiences have generally been junk. It took several times for that lesson to sink in, but learned not to preemptively replace parts with a prior vehicle. With the tid bit of information I have thus far, I'm not suspecting the part as the cause of the current issue. But if you have the OEM starter, feel free to throw it back in. It'll be fine.

This implies that you're delivering power to C197B.
Do you have power on pin 3 of that relay?
If you CAREFULLY short pin 3 to pin 5, does the starter run?

How did you "jump" the starter? Sourced directly from the battery or did you borrow power from a nearby source? If a nearby source, what source?

Took a live to the relay. And it fed through..

I have a cut box and noticed the power comes from the the starter inhibit.

The starter inhibit has voltage, so ima try to do surgery on that one wire. Hppefully im there

Borrowed power from the battery?
Which side of the relay? Coil or Switch?

What's a "cut box"? Do you mean you tapped a wire?
Power is coming from White/Green (CDC54) or Yellow (CDC12) or Yellow-Red (SBB10) or Grey-Orange (CDC26)?

Which side of the relay? Coil or Switch or both?
