Didn't realize yours went under the control arms.
I did hard pipe from the fog lights to the control arms, then 3in flex duct from there onto the control arms and just let it spray all over the ball joint and the rotor eye. Its a bit sloppy, but its working. I will be cleaning this detail up this season.

Pictures aren't great as it's a tough spot to get pictures of, but here's my setup for the routing. Trick is to have the big zip tie snug but not super tight and feed through the tube and hook it to the backer plate with that side turned so it's the furthest away it will be.
Did you relocate the washer fluid reservoir?

Yes, its been relocated to the shelf in my shop and its a bit annoying. Probably should change it up and mount it in the trunk, but I just stop and clean my windows if it gets bad.
