Maybe the stupidest question that will be asked here.

I bought a fiesta st with a whiteline rear sway bar uninstalled and none of the mounting equipment. I have the bolt size but I need the mountain blocks that act a spacer. They wont sell them, and are having problems giving me the dimensions, could someone take a caliper to the block for me pretty please, I especially would like the width although i could wing if if worse comes to worse.?

Sorry to hear that, sounds like some awful customer service if they can't look up the technical drawings to give you dimensions.

Seems like you could pretty easily estimate the dimensions though!

For the height: reading the install guide (bottom right picture), it looks like the height is just enough to clear the bottom of the spring mount - and also approximately the same size as the bottom of that mount. Without lifting the car, you should be able to measure the bottom of that mount to determine the height.

For the bolthole width and block width. Bolt holes themselves are for m12 bolt and you could measure the spacing from the sway bar itself, or on the boltholes below the damper bolt. For the block length, take the spacing and add the diameter of the bolt flange/washer.
