no, I don't feel like I should add lubricant to a hing on a car that was built 2 months ago.

Mine does similar, 2015 fist, only had it a couple weeks. Mine's more a squeak/creak...

I actually have the same problem as you do. Actually the noise comes from the mirror cap instead of the hinge. Lemme know if that's the same case for you.

My driver's door had a similar issue when it was brand new as well. Turns out they didn't tighten the hinge at the factory LOL
