2015 FiST lease transfer

I have a 2015 FiST with 5700 miles. Anyone interested in a lease transfer? It is a base white ST with sunroof. The original lease was for 36 months with 10k per year. I got it in June 2015, so it has about 18 months left on the lease. So about 24000 miles left. Payment is $302 per month. The car is completely stock with no wear on anything. I just don't drive it much. I do not smoke either. No down payment to me, just take over the monthly. PM me if interested and I can take some new pics. Buyout at end of lease is $12,900.

What is the buyout right now? Is it basically the sum of the payments plus the payoff? I do not know a lot about leases.

You are correct. The buyout is the payments plus the payoff. Just made another payment so it is $17,900 as of January.
