You can't use an adaptor. You've got to re-drill your hubs and brake rotors, press out the stock studs and press studs into the new holes. There's someone selling a used drill jig on this forum. I bought mine on eBay with the correct bushings and the pilot and main drill for $110 + shipping - PM me if you want more information. I plan to use ARP studs instead of reusing the stock studs.

...also, I'm in Trier 6-8 times a year and would be happy to throw a jig in my luggage to save you on international shipping and duty. Can you get T?V with re-drilled hubs and non-T?V wheels (they are JWL and VIA)?
