Additional silicone hose & clamps for boost gauge?

Hey all, I’ve had a Turbosmart boost gauge sitting around for a couple of years when I got it free from someone I bought parts from. I plan to install it shortly.

I am going to bua reference adapter (boost tap) and a vent adapter. Whoosh Motorsports offers a 48” silicone hose and clamps for an additional $15 when buying the reference adapter. Is this a worthwhile investment? The boost gauge comes with a hose but no clamps.

The price shown for the boost tap includes the hose and clamps.

Thanks, I appreciate it. But my question was more regarding if I should get the 48” hose and clamps from Ron (I’ll be buying the boost tap and the vent adapter) or stick to the parts that came with the Turbosmart gauge.

Should be fine. I swapped out the TS hose for some easier to work with material. I believe the TS hose is quite thick and hard to place over the barbs. Easier to hide with a thinner wall thickness too.
