Are the team dynamics pro race 1.2 wheels hub centric?

Only if the wheels were ordered hubcentic for stock or individual spec order. Team Dynamics does sell a 73.1 universal bore Pro Race 1.2 wheel, which in 4x108 will use hub rings to fit any hub bore between 63.3 and 73.1.

I remember Chalon telling me that the FIST spec wheels that I ordered from him were hubcentric. I assumed that the OP had ordered FIST spec wheels as well.
