better resale 17" winter tires or 15" tires/wheels

I'm planning to only have my FiST for one winter season and will need to buy winter tires. Which would have a better resale value on this board? The 17" Bridgestone Blizzak Ws80 tires only or a 15" steel wheel and 15" tire General Altimax. I priced both out and they basically come out to the same price.

if the steel wheel has dual lug pattern of 4x108/4x100 the steel wheel would be the easiest to sell locally.
