Boost drop on stage 2 93

Just installed stage 2 93 tune and the car pulls great but wondering if it is normal to get max boost, usually 24-26pounds, right away but goes right back down to 15-19 psi the rest of the pull?

I'm assuming stock turbo, so yes, that is normal. The stock turbo can't flow the volume required to maintain a flat boost curve out to the higher RPMs.
