The search for decent bulbs is never ending...

Right. I have a Spirit Blue ST, so bluey/white bulbs are going to look the best in my opinion. At the moment I just want dipped and main beam (dipped is H7 and main H1 - yes they are different I think to US spec).

After trolling the internet, all I can find are Phillips or Osram bulbs that are only 4500K. My thinking is that this is still yellow or will have a yellow tint to it? Please correct me if I'm chatting rubbish.

I think around 6000K is what I want for blue/bright white light as my friend has bulbs rated at 6000K on his Type R and they look spot on - but wont fit the ST as different sizes.

If anyone can reccomend some good bulbs or point me in the right direction that would be much appreciated!

Well, do you want bright bulbs or blue bulbs? For bright I'll stick with Osram/Phillips. For maximum blueness without going all PIAA in price, Putco and Nokya has what you want. Both have 6K halogen blue tinted bulbs, and Putco has a wide range in colours.
