Why dont you get the Rotors Cro
TB Performance had a recent sale, so decided to shed a little more weight by replacing the OEM mid-brace with their I-brace. I can feel that the I-brace is significantly lighter just by holding it. My bathroolmscale can't weigh anything that light, but according to this thread, OEM brace is about 4.6 lbs vs. 1.4 lbs, for weight savings of around 3.2 lbs.

TB Performance I-brace. As an added bonus, they throw in Gummy Bears with their products. Just like their front and rear crash bars, welds and the finish are on point.

Why don't you get the rotors cryoed? I've done it and it definitely helps with stopping rotor warpage and heat absorption.

when do i get to see this car in person? i live in Mesa & am around Gilbert sometimes and i don't think i've ever seen you in the ~1.5yr of being a Fiesta owner. do we know if the Pavillions show exists during the summer?
Sadly the pavilions is no longer, the new owners kind of pissed everybody off so now it's down the 101...

I live in south end of Chandler. Never been to Pavilions before but went to Scottsdale Cars and Coffee a few times while back but I don't think they do that anymore, either. Do you know of any Fiesta specific groups in the area?

The new rotor rings seem to be doing fine so far, but I'll consider it if I encounter any issues down the road.

Haven't posted in a while as I'm running out of things to do. Recently decided to go ahead with the sunroof delete as I never use it, and is a good way to shave ~25 lbs off of the highest point of the car and getting rid of several potential leak points.

Below are before and after pictures from the inside.

From the outside.

Removed no longer needed drain and rear windshield washer fuild hoses.

Also organized the wiring for the backup camera and Homelink/auto-dimming rear view mirror while the headliner is off.

No signs of leakage after sealing it with Black RTV. Will run it through a car wash as the final test before putting the headliner back on.
