bumper trim painting and assembly

hi all

i want to paint my bumper trim in plasti or a matt black but cant seem to find a thread on how to take the trim off ? guess i just need pointing in the rite direction

Front or Rear bumper and what part of it?

Also you could spray plasti-dip directly onto the area because you can remove it from the edges. Would be much faster and you wouldn't risk damaging the plasti-dip when placing the piece back on the car. Just cover a 1m radius around for overspray.
