NEW:
P0454 (Evaporative Emission (EVAP) System Pressure Sensor/Switch Intermittent.)

History: I was getting the notorious (P1450 unable to bleed code and
very small leak evap code P0456 ) my car was shutting off after fill ups whether i topped it off or not.

ANYWAY, I bought a new 2014 evap harness and my fill up shut off issues went away, BUT the new code P0454 is now showing. I've done alot of research and cannot find a solution!!

Help me, I need to get this damn hoe smogged πŸ˜…

Attached i have added some possible "solutions" but need yalls advice first.

FYI my car is tuned but ive had a previous fiesta with a big turbo and never had any codes.

evap purge solenoid or a leak at one of the connections
charcoal canister is cracked or one of the lines connected to it could be leaking / damaged
also replace vapor canister valve
last effort which is rare but I've seen it, is the fuel tank filler neck may need replaced

Is the picture of the (vent tube) a possible culprit too? I think it comes from the vapor canister, it also looks like it has a solenoid on it.

I thought it was a part up front in the bay, but I don't believe so.
Thanks for your help!

I had a recurring code I thought was the canister - it was a broken wire at the plug. The canister's mounting tab was broken from previous fuck up precision wrenching.

Okay well it seems I'm definitely gonna have to go towards the back end of the car. The evap harness is brand new and all the connections look good. I'll keep an update.

Any update on this, I'm dealing with the same issues. I've replaced every single component of the evap system short of the fuel tank filler neck and it's still stumbling and throwing the two P0456 P1450 codes.

The canister is an easy check from under the car one of the nipples on mine was cracked and leaking, replaced it with the rock auto one and no further issues so far.
