Can’t insert photos in post

Hey mods, any thoughts here? When making a post, I can attach the photo but no longer have the option to embed thumbnail or full image in the post.

Most recent attempt, for example, is below.

If it's not embedding then it means the image is too large. Try deleting it and uploading a cropped version of that image.
