Hi from Grand Rapids, "Beer City USA", Michigan!
Sold the 2006 Audi S4... her name was Kostenfalle, or "money pit" in German. Picking up a 2015 FiST, in Tuxedo with a sunroof. I am too thick for the Recaros and this car is going to be a DD/errand shuttle rather than a street racer or autoXer.
I've been spending a lot of time looking at tuners and stage upgrades and will be likely getting into that before too long. Right now the big expense will be some nice wheels to mount the summer rubber to and a set of winter tires to put onto the factory wheels. Winter tires are a must where I am!
So, I'm looking forward to having some fun carving through our zombie-esque traffic and getting to know my new ride.

Welcome! I am from St Clair shores. You will love the fist, especially after you start modding it. I am stage 3 minus the intercooler and pro tuned on E30 by DHM. Trust me the car is RIOT! Always out on Woodward cruising on Friday and Saturday nights, come on out sometime!

Well, don't welcome me just yet... Went to take delivery and had to refuse it. My salesperson knows me well and told me I wouldn't take it. Dozens of what looked like gravel nicks on the hood, roof and front doors, either from transport or "environmental" reasons.
It was a transfer from another dealer. Back onto the truck it goes!
Hopefully tomorrow... In poking around on what would be my car, I realized I don't love the sunroof size or location, and would rather have nav.
There is one like that that I drove at another dealer. So, I hope to be in business tomorrow!
